  • Health Data: Blood sugar levels, blood pressure readings, weight measurements, and medication adherence records that you voluntarily enter.
  • Medical Contacts: Emergency contact details and healthcare provider email addresses you provide for report sharing.
  • Usage Data: Appointment schedules, medication reminder settings, and app interaction data.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the GlucoTrack health tracking service.
  • Display your health metrics, trends, and metabolic zone indicators.
  • Send health reports to your designated healthcare providers when you request it.
  • Generate PDF health reports for your personal records.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send you service-related notifications.

3. Data Security

We take your health data seriously and implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage.
  • Data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Database access is restricted and monitored.
  • Payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant Lemon Squeezy infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal health data. Your data is shared only in these circumstances:

  • Healthcare Providers: Only when you explicitly request a report to be sent to a specific email address.
  • Payment Processing: Lemon Squeezy receives necessary payment information to process transactions.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

Your health data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all personal and health data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your health data at any time (via CSV import/export or PDF reports).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

GlucoTrack uses essential cookies for authentication session management. As a Progressive Web App, it may also use local storage and service workers to cache static assets for offline access. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
