By creating an account or using GlucoTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

GlucoTrack is a health tracking application designed to help users monitor blood sugar levels, blood pressure, weight, and medication adherence. The service includes:

• Health metric logging and tracking with date-stamped entries.
• Data visualization through charts, trends, and metabolic zone indicators.
• Report generation and sharing with healthcare providers.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Emergency contact management.
• CSV data import and PDF report export.

3. Medical Disclaimer

GlucoTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The metabolic zone indicators, trend analysis, and health summaries are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any health conditions or concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this application.

4. Account and Trial

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• A 7-day free trial begins when you log your first health reading.
• After the trial period, a one-time payment of $9.99 is required to continue logging new readings. You may still view your existing data during and after the trial.
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for its intended purpose of personal health tracking.
• Enter accurate health data to the best of your knowledge.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Only share health reports with legitimate healthcare providers.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all health data you enter into GlucoTrack. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time using the CSV or PDF export features.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlucoTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health decisions made based on data displayed in the application.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
